Adult Morning Program


Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our energizing morning exercise program designed to kickstart your day with vitality and vigor! Get ready to awaken your body, invigorate your mind, and set a positive tone for the day ahead. Whether you're joining us to boost your fitness, improve flexibility, or simply enjoy some rejuvenating movement, we're thrilled to have you here. So, let's rise, shine, and embark on this journey towards a healthier, happier you!


Strength & Conditioning Class: Taking place Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30-6:15am, these classes are 45-minute sessions focused on enhancing functional strength while achieving higher heart rates and quick recovery. This workout style, known as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), helps participants build muscle and boost energy levels while burning fat. Each exercise is performed for 60 seconds, encouraging you to push as hard as you can. Rather than a set number of repetitions, you'll be motivated to increase your intensity progressively. Set personal goals for each exercise as you improve over time. Each exercise is followed by a 60-second recovery period to help lower your heart rate more effectively. The workouts target all major muscle groups and vary to ensure your body continually adapts and changes!


Core & Flexibility: Taking place Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30am, these 45-minute classes are designed to enhance core strength while improving flexibility and mobility over time. A strong core is essential for many daily movements, and maintaining flexibility and mobility is crucial as we age, as these abilities can diminish if not regularly exercised. The sessions include dynamic and static stretching, isometric exercises, and partner activities. Feel stronger and more capable throughout your day with these targeted workouts!


Taekwondo Class: Taking place Monday through Friday from 6:15-7:00am, these classes will focus on the Taekwondo curriculum for your current belt rank. These classes including curriculum taught for all ranks, and will allow you to focus on what you need to learn without distraction. We will end classes in reverse with a cool down and stretches. If you've been waiting for a class that allows you to release your tensions while earning your next belt rank, this is for you!
